Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Av Service Center. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Av Service Center provides professional home appliance repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to AC, washing machine, refrigerator, TV, microwave, and RO water purifier repairs. We are a private third-party service provider, not affiliated with any appliance brands.

2. Booking and Appointment Procedures

Customers can book a service appointment through our website, by calling our customer service, or via WhatsApp. Upon booking, our team will confirm the appointment timing based on availability.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Inspection Fee: A non-refundable Rs 199/- inspection charge applies for diagnosing appliance issues.
• Repair and Service Costs: Charges for repairs and spare parts will be communicated after inspection. Work will commence only after customer approval.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI, and online bank transfers. Payment is due after the successful completion of the service.

4. Warranty Terms

We provide a 3-month warranty on our repair services. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will offer a free follow-up service. The warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, electrical faults, or any unauthorized repairs post-service.

5. Liability Limitations

While we take utmost care in providing our services, Av Service Center is not liable for:

• Damage due to pre-existing appliance issues.
• Incidental or consequential damages arising from appliance failure.
• Water or electrical issues beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Providing accurate information about the appliance issue.
• Ensuring access to the appliance for inspection and repair.
• Ensuring a safe environment for our technicians.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.

8. Termination of Service

Av Service Center reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• A customer violates these terms.
• The repair is deemed unsafe or unfeasible.
• There is abusive behavior toward our staff.

9. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

10. Refund Policy

Inspection Fee: The Rs 199/- inspection charge is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Repair & Service Charges: If we are unable to fix an appliance, we will refund the repair or service charges (excluding the inspection fee).

11. Service Guarantees

We guarantee quality service and customer satisfaction. However, repair success depends on the condition of the appliance and the availability of spare parts.
